    活在世间上,真的不是一件容易的事。
    不如意的时候,该如何调适心情,往乐观的一面想,说来容易做来难,要是我能把心静下来,也不至于得到忧郁症了。
    我常觉得身旁发生的事很好笑,却不能只把它当成笑话,
    总是想得太多,太容易紧张,在平凡日子里还算过得去,在不顺的时候却会大受打击。
    不晓得大家都是怎么振作的呢?是不是找个没人的地方,安静的跟自己谈一谈,直到时间慢慢过去,重新找回悠然自在?
